Retrieve a completed task's result

Reads only the result value, not the input or checkpoints.

Usage

ca_result(db, id)

Arguments

db

A handle returned by ca_open(), ca_serve(), or ca_connect().

id

Stable task ID (1 to 256 characters), or NULL to generate a UUID.

Value

The stored R result. A task that is unknown or not completed raises canard_result_error with its id and state (NA when unknown).
