Get Compiler Flags for htslib

Returns the compiler flags (CFLAGS/CPPFLAGS) needed to compile code that uses htslib.

Usage

htslib_cflags()

Value

A character string containing compiler flags including the -I include path.

Examples

htslib_cflags()
