Get the Arrow schema for a VCF file

Reads the header of a VCF/BCF file and returns the corresponding Arrow schema.

Usage

vcf_arrow_schema(filename)

Arguments

filename

Path to VCF or BCF file

Value

A nanoarrow_schema object
