Arguments

chunk: Absolute path to GLIMPSE2_chunk.
split_reference: Absolute path to GLIMPSE2_split_reference.
phase: Absolute path to the selected GLIMPSE2_phase executable.
ligate: Absolute path to GLIMPSE2_ligate.
phase_backend: Backend represented by phase.
