Rduckvep 0.1.0

  • First standalone release of DuckVEP’s R front end, extracted from DuckHTS/Rduckhts with its Git history. The package entry point is rduckvep_haplotypes() (the Rduckhts wrapper was rduckhts_haplotypes()); rduckvep_connect() and rduckvep_load() provide DuckVEP connection helpers.
